@henkvanderlaan @Wenting83 Dit. In eerder stadium wat info droppen, waardoor de latere info open over de lijn kon (lees: afgetapt kon worden) en enkel gefilterd kon worden met eerdere kennis. Mooie opzet van het productieteam!

According to racefans.net/2022/09/10/exp… another approach is used by the FIA. I fail to see this approach described/covered in the sporting regulations, though (7/x)

A step by step application of the FIA rules for the grid for the race according to article 42.3 (from issue 8 of 2022-07-19): 1. apply grid position penalties (= sub c), and 2. apply back of the grid penalties (= sub d). #F1 #ItalianGP (1/x)

Top work-around en misschien is deze flow een edge-case, maar wat een drama: weggestopte online afspraak maken-formulieren, ontbrekende feedback op verkeerd ingevoerde velden, telefonische flow waarin je niet terug kan, mixed gebruik nodig van app en site, etc.

@ingnl meer dan een uur bezig om een senior te helpen via telefoon/app/site een afspraak te maken tbv openen en/of rekening met non-ING klant: drama! En uiteindelijk: niet binnen twee weken mogelijk bij een kantoor in de buurt.

Blijkt het daarna enkel ter identificatie te zijn en is het advies: laat de non-ING klant zich aanmelden voor eigen rekening tbv doorlopen identificatieproces, open de en/of rekening, en laat de non-ING klant diens eigen rekening meteen weer opheffen 😵‍💫
