Day 4 of Wellbeing week! P5 enjoyed their daily mile followed by some Yoga with Siri from Forward South Partnership.
Day 3 of Wellbeing week! As part of their work on the human body, P7 experimented with the effects and importance of exercise. They talked about the immediate effects on the body, why they happen and how exercise can help our mental health.
Day 2 of Wellbeing Week! P2 enjoyed their daily mile followed by some yoga!
