@travelwestEng @TempleQuarter No wonder people are confused with the layout at the moment when the Google Map you’ve used shows a mix of the old layout and new system. Redcliff Mead Lane and A4044 do not now run to the side of The Grosvenor!

@HarveysHelp Went to store to talk to the manager...didn’t have to wait more than an hour on hold to speak to someone! In 10 minutes he contacted the supplier and arranged replacement...amazing. Hopefully resolved soon.

@HarveysHelp Finally someone answered...I’m trying to resolve an issue with a chair...they phoned back this morning to give us an update but I was at work and unable to answer call. They left a message for me to contact them...just phoned it and it’s an 83 minute wait to speak to someone...

@FirstBSA Hi, trying to find info for 22/11/18-25/11/18...we have very large signs on the pavement stating this road will be closed. It is the main No. 2, route from Stockwood to Centre/Cribbs and there is no other route the bus can travel...trying to find out what will happen.

@FirstBSA How do I find out about changes to routes due to planned roadworks...tried calling 03456460707 and 03456020121 but get told to phone another number and they tell you to phone the 707 or 121 number...going round in circles!!!!

@BBCiPlayer hi, wanted to replay something I heard on a program but trying to get to a certain point in a tv program can be a bit tricky...any possibility you can put a skip forward/back 15 secs buttons just like iPlayer Radio or Netflix have on the next update to iPlayer

@virginmedia Great that you are investing in “high-quality programming”...? BUT you should be listening to your Customers that want Alibi and the other UKTV channels...what are the restrictions put on UKTV by the BBC anyway? Do you just want to pay less for access to UKTV?

@virginmedia Hi VM, the issue is from the street to our house. Already had two visits from engineers but still have to wait over a week to repair...engineer promised to call but no phone call received...NOT AWESOME service

@virginmedia Have been told that our Broadband will not be repaired until 22/02/18. Tried speaking to customer services as having to use mobile data and concerned about going over monthly limit only to be told Virgin Mobile has nothing to do with Virginmedia?
