Claude Code is about to release a feature called /workflows that I think will be extremely significant. Especially for Enterprise AI. I talked about this in 2024 in a post called Companies Are Just Graphs of Algorithms. Basically the idea is that all work is just an algorithm, i.e., a series of steps to accomplish a goal. Skills and Cowork have been heading in this direction already, and we've seen what that's done to company valuations in various spaces. Well this is closer to the final form. It's turning the regular, expected work that's done in companies into pseudo-deterministic workflows that follow defined SOPs. The human role will be determining what problems to solve (taste, expeirence, etc), building new products from that, and then optimizing these workflows from above. But the work itself will be these workflows executed according to SOPs.

@yorecomputer I had the high resolution version of this monitor on my BBC Micro. The most rock solid image I have ever seen on my Beeb. MODE 7 just looked amazing. Sadly the monitor is long gone. I have a Cub now but not a patch on the JVC!
@KevEdwardsRetro I can recommend Viewdata in Action which is packed with lots of service details, and The Viewdata Revolution. The latter was written in 1979 so talks about the revolution to come, rather than the service as it was. Viewdata was an amazing medium back in the day!
@KevEdwardsRetro All three are amazing versions of arcade classics. Rocket Raid beyond level 2 is 'off the scale' difficult to play, and with Planetoid there are never enough smart-bombs! For me, it has to be Arcadians, beautiful colour graphics, great sound, and I catchy opening tune.

@tnmoc A BBC Model B with a Solidisk 256K sideways RAM board with a switchable 6502 running at 2Mhz and 65C02 CPU running at 4Mhz, and a 8271 and 1770 switchable DFS board, and the Acorn Speech system. In the middle of a restore as 4Mhz operation a bit erratic but it is a monster Beeb!
