@edfenergy complaint ref 769875028 will someone please help me with my complaint? I have been trying to be recognized as a new tenant of a business but I keep receiving emails asking for same information this has been going on since August. I have now contacted energy ombudsmen
@edfenergy The ombudsmen have given EDF up to 24th October then they will be working on my behalf. My case with EDF is beyond a joke as is EDF. Your company has caused me great stress and ill health. I want someone who knows what they are doing to sort my complaint.

We're a small charity that relies on donations from the public to fund us. We were missold an @EposNow till system. They are now refusing to allow us to return, stating no cool-off period or 14 days right to return. Being purposely obstructive! BEWARE #eposnow @JacynHeavens
@EposNow Would NOT recommend EposNow. Unable to fix issues with till. Back Office Services very slow and crash. This is a regular screen now. Support not answering either. Maybe they’re broken too?
