@vline_geelong 15:48 broken. 16:08 half a train. What is happening. Started logging disruptions for 2025 and it’s crazy - at least 1 per week and I only do 3 days/week.

@vline_geelong How can Qantas provide wifi on a plane up in the sky yet v-line or the government can’t get wifi on a train on the ground. Got a deadline I hoped to sort out on the train but no signal.
And now there is a signal fault at Sunshine. Broken trains, broken signals, heat affected timetables and industrial action. Houston we have a problem.
@vline_geelong 15:50 South Geelong on 5/3 /24 What a joke. It’s hot and you make us change platforms at the last minute. Elderly and kids and mums with prams being pushed and bumped by the “workers” all running to next platform. It is your duty of care to keep us safe.

@vline_geelong Terrible communication and customer service. 15:50 on platform 8S cancelled. We all go to next train 16:09 on 6A. Then told go back to 8S which now all of a sudden the 16:09. Pathetic. Lots of elderly people battling.
