**Morning Message!** Have you taken the time to reflect on the kind of fruit you are bearing in your life each day? Are you operating in the fruit of the Spirit, or are you still living according to your sinful nature? As a pastor, I constantly ask myself whether my actions align with the messages I convey as a minister of the Gospel. Does my life demonstrate that I am a good tree bearing good fruit? Do the words I speak and the conversations I engage in reflect my status as a good tree, or do they reveal something else? Jesus said in Matthew 7:15-20: "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore, by their fruits, you will know them." Does your life reflect walking in agape love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control? Do you show kindness and goodness when interacting with others? How do you speak about them? Are you patient in your dealings with others? Do you respond gently to those who have offended you, or do you find yourself being judgmental? If you are living in anger, rage, bitterness, resentment, meanness, negativity, judgment, and hatred, then you are a bad tree bearing bad fruit. Invite Jesus into your heart so that you can become a good tree that produces good fruit. Let the light of Jesus Christ shine in you. When you surrender to Christ, the Holy Spirit will work in your life and produce good fruit. Live your life for Jesus Christ so that you can become a good tree that bears good fruit.
