@FiveGuysUK I ordered through the Five Guys app… for collection - that’s why I came to you! Either way - we got over it & didn’t lose any children on the journey. Staff were excellent at the store… less impressed by the app - not being able to modify an order with 15hrs notice is not ideal

@fiveguysuk I’ve had a shocker… placed a big order for collection tomorrow via your app but selected the wrong Norwich store… called the store but they can’t seem to help… I really don’t want to March 15 teenage boys across the city. Any chance you can do something please?

@BTBusiness Do your complaints team actually exist? I have been promised a call back 5 times. My business has been without internet & phone for 3 days now because you cut us off through sheer incompetence. Our crime was to pay triple the quoted price and then dare to complain.

@British_Airways Hi Georgia. Managed to get the compensation claim to submit by not claiming for expenses. Still can’t get the expenses claim to go through even as a standalone issue…

@British_Airways Is this a deliberate ploy to avoid paying compensation for delayed flights? Have tried to submit again on multiple devices / browsers… it’s almost like you don’t want people to submit claims!
