@AviatorVic @IndyCaronNBC @FRosenqvist @ConorDaly22 I really don't think he was. O'ward's reds were gone, and Conor was in an awkward position with much more pace on fresh tires. I'm not sure it makes sense to blue flag a faster car, regardless of the position on track.
