@kennethcole bate and switch on the consumer, or making it extremely inconvenient to get a credit after you messed it up, is so uncalled for and disappointing. I wont say that i buy a lot from Kenneth Cole, but i have purchased a decent amount. with so many other companies

@kennethcole I just placed an order for items you had on clearance with clearly marked reduced pricing. when i checked my order you billed me for the full retail price. when i called in 5 mins later i was told that not only could i cancel my order but i'd have to call back 😡
