@nib95_ At face value 100 does seem like too much but special editions and micro transactions indicate to me that’s it’s not. I think big games will do fine at 80+ most people only buying 2 games a year anyway.

@nib95_ I think 80 bucks will be the floor for AAA games for next Gen. I think Sony will try it for God of War and definitely Intergalactic. I’m fine with it. I will gladly pay $100 for Control Resonant. I think it’s more important than ever to support the games you enjoy.

@PersonaSpeaks I love that PlayStation does not feel the need to cater to the Vocal Minority of Internet personalities and just does what makes money. I’ll take this direction any day with the good and the bad. They have a If it don’t make money it don’t make sense.

@Puertorock77_ @JackmoveJohnny Launching a 1k+ PS6 in 2027 hurts no one but helps everyone. PlayStation gets to make money, enthusiasts get the PS6 and those that don’t want can just wait. Also pushing back the release date assuming prices will come down is a bad gamble and things could actually be worse.
