Vein's father is a mafia boss and he inherited the mafia after his father passed. This also explains why Vein was shooting CWM in the S3PV3. As a BCA detective, CWM was likely investigating the mafia and accidentally stumbled upon a young Vein, leading to an altercation.

Finally, the last thing we learn about Jae Lee is that he's part of the Bridon Crime Agency. An agency that's represented by an Eye symbol. And this blows EVERYTHING wide open. Because yes, its the same eye symbol as CWM's booklet, the same booklet that Vein tries to get from WQ

I hoped this helped you make sense of the future plot as much as it did for me. Most of it is a theory, so don't take it as fact, but the possibilities are fascinating. Also it's the way a 1.5 minute PV answered nearly every major question I had after Yingdu Arc 😭

Few more thoughts: - JL, Vein, and WQ are similar ages (28, 29, and 31). Perhaps they knew each other if they grew up around Bahati. - Given XF also went to Bahati, maybe him working for Vein later isnt a coincidence - JL and LX met in the past, their current relation is unclear
