By observing yourself you will understand what you are afraid of about #change. Write down what you are observing. This action is important in order to recognize those things that are keeping you stuck. How has change helped you to get unstuck?

Journal about your fears. Forgive yourself for holding limited ideas of who you are “supposed to” be. Let go of that former, limited idea of yourself. This can help you, through change, into a #transformation from the old you into a more expansive expression of your real self.

Changes arise every day to help make you stronger, moving you out of old patterns that have kept you stuck. You develop important spiritual skills that continue to support you in the awakening of your consciousness. You are the center of your own #enlightenment! #spirituality

Before you will be ready to see what is in your subconscious, you will need to have your Observer Self well-developed and matured. A strong observer helps you to detach from your thoughts and feelings. You will, slowly but surely, begin to see what is stored in your subconscious.

Your conscious and #subconsicous aspects of mind are separated by a veil. Subconscious emotional reactions that are rooted in past lives can surface and pass through the veil. They impact your present circumstances by causing you to think and behave in baffling ways. #healing
