Vicious cycle: tighten monitory policy leads to higher dollar value which leads to lower yen and selling of the bonds by BOJ to defend the Yen.

@SantiagoAuFund Arctic shipping routes are actively used on a seasonal basis, though they face major environmental, economic, and geopolitical obstacles. Transpolar Sea Route (TSR): Cuts straight across the central Arctic Ocean near the North Pole, it remains largely unused by multi-year ice.

About to break out. $100B Euro wasted. Vicious cycle of fed raising rates and rescuing yen right after.

@adamtaggart Depends on your timeframe and outcome of Iran war. We are about to rebound in a short term but long term looks ugly.

@LukeGromen That means devaluation of the dollar. People with assets will become even richer and poor can’t even afford to live. Soaring commodity inflation will destroy purchasing power. Everyone will dump all types of bonds at the same time. No easy solution for this.

@SantiagoAuFund Are you now saying that US made Houthis to attack Saudi Arabia so they are punished for diversifying into Chinese digital assets? That does not make sense at any level and is so twisted.

@SantiagoAuFund Wrong. FED on paper has nothing to do with it but many times has backstopped EuroDollar system through swap lines. Which means Fed controls the system. Fed interfered in yen by selling Euro. As long as Europe buys its energy in dollars Fed controls everything.

@PeterSchiff @MarioNawfal Peter has been right all the way. He was the only one that said QE once started becomes QE infinity and we will never get out. He said it right from the start.
