@Safaricom_Care you have to trend tonight courtesy of the poor services. 400 agents ask ignorant questions. Like I am not sure whether I have renewed my subscription or not? Even after providing the mpesa code you still cannot work. Been buying data to work today after paying

@Safaricom_Care calling 400 to fix home fibre issues is like talking to bots! You will be talking to an agent and they tell you issue will be fixed in 1 hour and 24 hours later - nothing. Poor services! Poor customer care, no longer a brand!

@Safaricom_Care Improve on Professionalism in handling user issues. Until now my issue hasn't been resolved. No internet in my home office and no refund of the 3800 amount paid. Anastacia the customer care representatives I spoke to yesterday hanged up on me. Up your game!

@SafaricomPLC , @Safaricom_Care cannot be waking up this early to work and then no internet! Day2 now of outage and your support lines always engaged for more than 30mins! Had to buy data to work. For 3 weeks someone has been sleeping on their job. Fix the 🛜
