@HawkeyeRoad It slows down your digestion and keeps you fuller for longer. It also literally increases how much fat you lose. It has helped me. I am now trying to see if the good habits I created will sustain me so I don't have to keep taking it. It's cheaper, but still 150+ a month.

@HawkeyeRoad I believe it. I never drank that much soda and have an awful metabolism so even if I did I doubt that would work for me. I lost 24 lbs in 3.5 months on compounded tirzepatide though, and feel the best I have in probably a decade. Dropped my a1c from 5.7 to 4.8 too.
