Frontier Internet is the worst fucking customer service in the fucking world. These pieces of shit don’t give a fuck about their customers. You can’t get a hold of them after 5 o’clock if you have a fucking problem you can’t get a hold of them on the weekends if you have a fucking problem, they shut my fucking service off for no reason and it’s been a week now and they still don’t have it on because they had to supposedly close my account and start a new one now technician was supposed to show up today no-show.

These fucking people have had my Internet off for a week and they were just supposed to show up for an appointment on Saturday and they didn’t show. I’m fucking pissed. They cut my service off for a misunderstanding. I was pouring a phone line over to My Verizon so they cut my cable line and my phone line off at the same time like I guess they thought I was gonna take my Internet to Verizon Witch. They don’t have Internet home Internet and they fucking made me jump through hoops all fucking week and they still haven’t showed up on Saturday. I bitched pissed and moaned for two hours on the phone every fucking night of the week in these fucking bastards still don’t have my service on and it’s fucking Saturday 538. I took off a half a fucking day of work and these fucking bastards didn’t show up and you can’t even fucking call them on the fucking phone.
