@rongoldmanphd Online Question: Do babies need constant supervision? My response: Babies need nearly constant body contact, breastfeeding, co-sleeping, and loving attention. Then they become gentle, loving, and trusting adults who are happy. Societies have done through history.

Massachusetts Medicaid has not made a submission to the Supreme Judicial Court in response to our request for a hearing. The deadline for this has passed. This may improve our chance that the Court will allow us a hearing. The Court should respond to our request in October.

We have great news to report, an interim victory in this case! After reading briefs and hearing oral argument, the Judge in Suffolk Superior Court denied MassHealth's motion to dismiss the lawsuit, so as of now, we have the right to proceed with it.

We are waiting for rulings on the Massachusetts Medicaid motion to dismiss the case and our motion for preliminary injunction that would put an immediate stop to state Medicaid circumcisions until the factual hearing to decide the permanent ruling.
