@thameswater I need to speak to someone about my bill increasing so drastically. Calling doesn’t help as it’s just recorded voice messages and the bill amount given against the amount collected doesn’t add up. Please get in touch immediately.

@thameswater Thanks very much! Water pressure for houses in the area is particularly low as well. Not great as there are a number of houses where elderly people live. The sooner the better!

@thameswater Completely flooded and pedestrians struggle to get by. Access to bus stops has been blocked too. Whitley Wood Lane, Reading, Berkshire. Don’t worry it smells awful as well!

@iD_Mobile_UK SMS services are affected too, but that doesn’t seem to be mentioned. I hope it isn’t being swept aside - the update website makes out like everything is fine for that service.
