@toryboypierce @British_Airways Any airline over @British_Airways now. They never refunded my pre booked food and drink that was paid for despite months of chasing. We've now cashed in all our avios on shopping and will not fly them again.

@AvonandsomerRob Yep John Lewis I was purchasing crackers for christmas with alcohol in them I asked my daughter for the bag (she was away from me when I started to pay) and they wanted to see her ID (shes 21) I was not impressed - so if I had a toddler in a pram I couldn't buy them?
