@HawaiianAir Aloha. This was a reflection on vault not @HawaiianAir. I know we’re all learning this whole thing. Just want people to be aware @VaultHealth_ can be a black hole and try and plan for an alternative or risk getting stuck.

@HawaiianAir @VaultHealth_ Had to check the tracking to see that they got the kids. By Saturday evening we got our results but nothing about the kids tests. Sunday morning checked again. Waited until early afternoon. Called, left a voicemail no call back as of Sunday night. Emailed, no response.

@HawaiianAir @VaultHealth_ Took our test with Vault. 2 adults and my 3 kids. The initial steps are easy enough. Joined the zoom early in the AM Friday (7AM Monday flight) got all 5 tests to UPS by 10AM for overnight. Got the notice at 10AM saturday that they got my wife’s and mine.

@HawaiianAir @VaultHealth_ So looks like we’re going to get on a flight at 7AM and have 3 young kids quarantining in a hotel room for possibly 2 days possibly more. I would postpone the flights but that would put us outside the window and make us start all over again.
