Most people don’t expect Excel to power AI. We took an EV insurance model (800+ vehicles, 190k+ postcodes) → turned it into a Rust MCP server in <1 min → connected it to Claude Now Claude runs real pricing logic. Excel → Rust → AI Not a prototype. Real system.

Codcel turned a big EV insurance model (800+ vehicles, 190k+ postcodes, full pricing logic) into a full-stack Rust Web-UI in under a minute. It ran at ~30ms per quotation. Good, but not good enough for us. So we built codcel_cache. Now it runs at ~2ms. Same logic. ~15× faster.

@BatsouElef It is crazy how many large companies are running their businesses from Excel, I have seen this with my own eyes. Once I was part of a new insurance product implementation, when it was deployed, people refused to use it and continued to do everything in Excel😂. .
