We are still inside the red box structure, and I do not believe this structure has ended yet. Looking at the traditional centralized exchange patterns from the past, neither spot nor futures demand is showing a meaningful increase. (Images 1 and 2) After the ETF approval, institutions have been trading more through OTC channels and market makers. If this current range were truly an accumulation phase for institutions before a major upside move, I believe OTC demand should have at least started to recover. (Image 3) However, that is not what we are seeing. OTC demand is still not increasing. In fact, whenever demand through MSTR and IBIT slows down, OTC demand also starts to decline rapidly again. The accumulation behavior through market makers is also showing a similar pattern. At least based on the data I am currently tracking, I still do not see clear signs of accumulation strong enough to create a real trend reversal. Ultimately, I believe the current market is simply being driven relatively easily by certain players within a much lighter liquidity structure. The movement itself is becoming extremely aggressive, similar to what we saw near last year’s market top. As I have continued to say, after the ETF approval, the market structure has become far more sophisticated and extreme than before. There is much more information available now, and market participants have many more tools and strategies they can use. The same applies to the current market. High-leverage short positions are being liquidated, people who are bearish are being forced to give up, and then hope is being given back to those who start expecting upside again. Because this process is being pushed to such an extreme level, the market is inevitably becoming very difficult. My view remains unchanged.

"STRC" which Strategy is heavily promoting, is not an innovative product that emerged from a breakthrough idea. Rather, it appears to be a product that emerged because the company's existing funding methods were no longer sufficient. They tried this. They tried that. But the capital did not come in at the pace they needed. And eventually, STRC was the result. Today, Strategy funding structure is far more diversified than it was in the past. If that diversification is working as intended, capital should be flowing through multiple channels. But the actual data tells a different story. Institutional capital is leaving. Holdings of convertible notes (NOTE) are declining, and institutional holdings of STRK are also falling. Meanwhile, liquidity is becoming increasingly concentrated in STRC. The problem is that STRC is not primarily supported by institutional capital. It is largely driven by retail oriented liquidity that is highly sensitive to dividend yields and short-term returns. When you look at Strategy recent actions and especially Saylor's you see constant explanations, justifications, and attempts to reinforce the narrative. I do not believe this is a healthy direction. In fact, I believe the current structure contains significantly greater downside risk than the market currently recognizes.

For years, Michael Saylor described Bitcoin as "Digital Gold." And based on that philosophy, he turned Bitcoin into Strategy core strategic asset. Gold is a store of value. It is scarce. And that scarcity is what gives it value. But since the introduction of STRC, the narrative seems to have changed. The phrase "Digital Gold" has largely disappeared. Instead, we now hear terms such as "Credit" and "Money." Credit and Money are fundamentally different. They can be created. They can be expanded. And they can be issued whenever more liquidity is needed. Something doesn't feel right. The direction appears to be changing.

A situation like this does not create genuine confusion or fear. True fear emerges when no data can be trusted, when the market becomes unpredictable, and when every framework investors rely on begins to break down. Real fear is a state of chaos where no one can confidently determine the market's direction. In fact, today's market is far more sophisticated than it was in the past. Investors have access to a vast amount of high-quality data and information, and countless analyses are built upon historical examples, statistics, and established market patterns. Many people point to the Fear & Greed Index and claim that the market is in a state of fear. However, the reason this is not genuine fear is that everyone already knows what happened in previous cycles. Historically, periods of extreme fear have often turned out to be excellent buying opportunities, and the market has repeatedly rebounded from those conditions. In other words, people may be looking at a fear indicator, but they are not actually feeling fear. Instead, their first thought is often, "This is an opportunity." Even if Bitcoin were to break below $60K under these conditions, many participants would likely continue to interpret the decline as a buying opportunity. They would point to historical data, argue that the market is forming a bottom, and claim that the sell-off will ultimately prove to be another attractive entry point. That is precisely why the current environment appears risky to me.

Let me share a bit of a personal story. The first time I came across @IOGroup was through a brilliant developer in Korea, someone who had previously led one of the country's most well-known blockchain academic societies and ran several popular projects. Back in graduate school, he mentioned in an interview that he wanted to build a company like IOHK, one centered around deep technical research. Even then, he understood how important peer-reviewed papers and verifiable academic research were as the foundation of a blockchain. Through him, I came to understand just how exceptional IOHK was as a company, and how deeply technical the Cardano network truly is. As we all know, this market is fundamentally a technology-driven market, and at the core of every fundamental, technology is what stands. What drew me to Cardano was exactly that, its outstanding technology, and the deep thinking and philosophy that shaped its very beginning. Lately, it feels like there's a lot of friction and dissonance within the ecosystem. But realistically speaking, IOG's presence in the Cardano ecosystem is irreplaceable. Their academic depth and engineering capabilities grounded in formal verification have produced technical breakthroughs that no other company has achieved. Put simply, without IOG's research and core development capabilities, I believe the very foundation of Cardano could be shaken. What's fascinating is that they've been collaborating with multiple companies to gradually decentralize the network's dependency on IOG itself, while also nurturing more Cardano-specialized engineers along the way. In other words, they are voluntarily reducing their own influence and helping the ecosystem stand on its own. This is an act of intentionally letting go of their own power so that the ecosystem can evolve and grow organically. I have never witnessed, in this entire market, a company willingly setting aside its power and influence for the sake of an ecosystem. I genuinely believe they are working for the long-term growth and decentralization of Cardano. In that spirit, I hope we can move forward through dialogue rather than exclusion, and through understanding and constructive feedback rather than blame. As people who are building this ecosystem together, I believe differences in opinion should not be a reason for conflict, but rather a starting point for finding a better path forward.

"Riot(Miner)" Bitcoin Selling Activity "Appears fundamentally different from the BTC selling seen during the 2022 bear market cycle caused by mining profitability pressure (yellow box)." 1. Riot once held approximately 18,000 BTC, and since February 2025, the company has sold around 13,000 BTC. In other words, Riot has liquidated more than 80% of its holdings over roughly a one-year period. However, this selling activity appears materially different from the survival-driven BTC selling that occurred during previous bear market conditions caused by financial distress or collapsing mining profitability. 2. Riot is now clearly positioning itself beyond being a pure Bitcoin mining company, moving toward becoming an AI-driven digital infrastructure and data center operator. This does not mean Riot is abandoning the Bitcoin mining business itself, but it does suggest the company is no longer relying solely on mining as its primary long-term growth strategy. In Riot’s official earnings release, the company stated: “During the quarter, we funded this CapEx through a disciplined sale of a portion of our Bitcoin holdings, the most capital-efficient source of funding currently available to us." “Importantly, we did not issue any common equity during the quarter. Instead, we leveraged our Bitcoin treasury and our operating cash flows to fund this development." 3. There are two key points here. First, Riot is actively selling a large portion of its BTC holdings in order to invest into its “digital infrastructure/data center” business. This provides a clear indication of where the company currently sees the highest growth potential and strategic priority. In other words, Riot appears to believe that expanding its AI and data center infrastructure offers a higher long-term return profile than simply continuing to accumulate BTC indefinitely. 4. The second important point is that Riot explicitly stated it funded these developments without issuing additional common equity. This means the company was able to finance expansion through operating cash flow and its Bitcoin treasury alone, without diluting shareholders. As a result, it becomes difficult to interpret Riot BTC selling as a forced reaction to financial distress caused by falling Bitcoin prices. If anything, this suggests that current price levels are not posing a critical threat to the company’s operational stability. In other words, Riot appears financially capable of withstanding further downside volatility in Bitcoin prices to a certain degree. Additionally, based on ForeDex data, Riot current “Operational Floor Cost” is approximately $43,000 per BTC. This indicates that Bitcoin current market price still remains significantly above Riot’s operational break-even structure. 5. Ultimately, one of the biggest structural problems facing Bitcoin mining companies today is the difficulty of maintaining stable business operations amid extreme Bitcoin price volatility. To address this issue, many major U.S. mining companies are rapidly expanding into AI-focused digital infrastructure and data center businesses. Bitcoin market structure itself has also evolved significantly following ETF approval, and the rapid growth of the AI industry is accelerating these changes even further. Rather than simply interpreting raw data at face value, understanding the underlying reasons behind these developments may lead to a very different interpretation of the market. @ForeDex_Global
