The new compositorapp.com website is live! 🎉 I felt compelled to update the website a little earlier than planned, because it appears I am already the target of Chinese scammers 🤡 and I have thus included a corresponding warning on the new website. Be careful!

Extracting the Compositor core code into a Swift package (so that it can be consumed by both the Mac and Windows apps) was easier than I expected! The Mac app is back up & running. Next up: a Windows app skeleton! github.com/ktraunmueller/… #TeXLaTeX

Here's what code completion for LaTeX commands with known argument values will probably look like in the upcoming release. In this example, it suggests installed document classes, and options for the current document class, respectively. github.com/ktraunmueller/… #TeXLaTeX

As a first step in bringing Compositor to the Windows platform, I have a Swift sample app up & running on a Windows 11 ARM VM! Using Swift to write native Windows apps is possible thanks to the amazing work by the people at @browsercompany
Successfully built Swift/WinRT on my Windows ARM64 VM! That went pretty smooth, only thing I had to change was to bump the Windows SDK version to 10.0.18362.0 and change the architecture to arm64 in CMakePresets.json. github.com/thebrowsercomp…
