@ASUSIndia @ASUS I'm yet to recieve OTA update for the latest build WW-17.1810.1911.110 on my 6z. I understand that this will be a batch process, but its been more than 3 weeks now since the official rollout and many of us haven't recieved it. Pls push it asap.

@ACTFibernet I wud say my request has been refused rather than resolved. yes,ACT refused to provide service. I got my money refunded but why r u getting money &personal details frm customers when you are not sure about the feasibility. was chasing for a week & no service finally. @DoT_India

Need IMMEDIATE Action on SR10331045146162 @ACTFibernet . Opted for internet service on 5th Sep and paid the charges through online. No one turned up for installation yet. Customer care reps are not so helpful. Just refund my money if you cant meet the SLA. CC : @DoT_India

Sir, I have witnessed you many times involving in Vasantham nagar's welfare activities and I'm absolutely happy with that. Also Hoping to get this prolonging issue sorted out atleast before this rainy season. Its a pain for us to commute through this road with office shoes on 😞
