100%. In the US, my mom, age 69, still a full-time RN, had an endoscopy in May 2017. Doctor was 95% sure what he saw was pancreatic cancer, and she needed surgery, a Whipple. He handed her off to another MD, who spent the next 7 months doing 17 invasive diagnostic procedures. Surgery was canceled 6 days before in Dec 2017, as her 4th CT scan showed mets to the liver. They told me, not her, and sent her home to die. Only then was she offered any therapy at all (chemo), palliative only. We knew it was poison and declined. She lost the will to live and passed in Mar 2018. I got a bill from that son of a bitch the week after her funeral. The "experts" my lawyers interviewed said her "treatment" was standard of care - even though she never received any treatment at all. Medicare paid about $1M for those monsters to experiment on her like a lab rat, and it was all protected by the equally corrupt legal system. That's the business model in the US, and Canada too. This poor woman needs to stop expecting the system to save her, and take charge of her own situation.

@nicksortor Former prosecutor here. What physically happened isn't in dispute. But INTENT is another element of the charge the prosecution has to prove. Mens rea, mental responsibility. That is likely what the jurors are stuck on.

Former prosecutor here. Given the cornucopia of psychtropic meds she was given in the 3 months prior - a new one almost every week - she can make a credible argument that she was not mentally responsible for her actions. Lacked the mens rea. I would have been very hesitant to charge her. That said, this is creepy and bizarre. They should be protesting big pharma.

Try this: Imagine you're talking to a patent attorney you often see at your local community center. They have a PhD in biochemistry, whose dissertation committee was chaired by a NAS virologist. They've been working in the pharm/biotech industry for 20+ years. They absolutely refuse to get the experimental injection under any circumstances. They have previous vaccine injuries, including asthma, allergies, and anaphylaxis. They were forced to get many unwanted jabs while on active duty, and are done being a guinea pig for the drug industry. How would you react when they tell you to take a flying fuck in a rolling donut?
