A irl friend promised to draw and learn with me, the person bought a drawing tablet too. But the person keep saying it didn't find any time to draw/learn together. It's been more then a half year. Don't keep me waiting :'c. I really want to draw with someone and bought courses

@EbilKittenVT @Roisarae Adding. Their contract with commercial use is often set as. I'm the creator and the designer of this character, I will not allow the use of x rules. However I do allow the use of streaming content/merch depending what rights you have and don't resell for more.

@EbilKittenVT @Roisarae There is personal use, there is commercial use and then there is a buyout. Most artist has their terms of Service set to their design creator and not resell for more. Complete buyout is often a contract that the owner can control everything and so far I only have found 1 artist
