We often assume people living homeless don’t have jobs. Not true. They often work in our hotels, restaurants, & warehouses. Affording rent in Alabama at minimum wage requires working 87 hours/week! 7.25/hr. doesn’t add up to end homelessness for workers. cbs42.com/alabama-news/m…

It’s about access, & that is always restricted for the poor, which is disproportionately POC due to historic racism.
