In January my dad was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. He’s endured surgery, rehab, chemo, and radiation. He’s fighting with everything he has. But moments like these mean the world. My dad works so hard and it’s not easy for him to have to take a step back from the ranch.

@my_ribeye I did 5 min/pound/500. Then shut off oven and let cook for 2 hours. I cooked it too long. I thought my roast was bigger than it was. Next time it will be perfect. I didn’t know if I had enough time to cook it in the morning for it to be done by noon. But it worked.
