@ODEONCinemas Had tickets booked for Marty Supreme for today @ Dundee - turned up and cinema is closed - no prior warning or explanation. Odeon don’t believe in customer service so no one to phone so did live chat and got connected to an AI that understood nothing.

@ODEONCinemas Was then told I was being transferred to an Advisor and nothing happened. We were both Limitless customers. I say were as after this we’re both likely to be cancellation and joining Cineworld.

@JustEatUK @CraigDavid And of course even though I can raise it with Just Eat on the App it’s completely useless - you just get a standard email back saying you will get reply within 7 days. Complete waste of time using Just Eat as there customer service level has reached 0 percent

@JustEatUK @CraigDavid Absolute joke - placed order on Just Eat for Cafe Nero was supposed to be delivered between 13:15 & 13:30. Delivery time pushed out again and again with latest estimate being 15:15 and then order was cancelled. No explanation, no apology, no professionalism. Absolute joke.
