Here is a real use case of the CreateOS platform. A builder took his idea and turned it into a fully functional product. A full-stack expense splitter app with Stripe payments and Google login. This is SplitEz, a Splitwise-style app built entirely on CreateOS. Here is what happened under the hood: 👉 Orchestrator planned the full build 👉 Two Coders built the frontend and backend in parallel 👉 Stripe webhooks configured automatically 👉 Google OAuth set up end to end 👉 Reviewer Agent checked everything before deploy Output: ✅ APPROVED One prompt. Four agents. A live app. This is what idea to execution actually looks like.

McKinsey's 2025 State of AI survey: 62% of enterprises are piloting AI agents. In any given business function, under 10% have scaled one. That gap gets blamed on the model. It rarely is. Most pilots stall in the same place: the layer between "it worked in the demo" and "it's allowed to run unsupervised in production." Versioned deployments. Role-based approval before an agent changes environments. Runtime observability tied to task outcomes, not API latency. Audit trails that hold up to a regulator, not a Slack thread. McKinsey's own infrastructure research backs the cost side too: IT infra spend is projected to rise 2-3x by 2030 while budgets stay flat. The 62% aren't stuck because the model is bad. They're stuck because nothing governs what happens after the demo. That's the layer we built CreateOS for.
