Ladies and gentleman, we passed $10K Next predicted high should be $396K, but that's psychologically too high, so we need to revise. Most likely next high will cross $99K then we will see a pull back and then a run to at least $248K. can't time it though.

@GRDecter This data is based on the purchase price alone, not actual loan details. So it most likely assumes the minimum required down payment. Many buyers put more down or pay straight cash. @Redfin shed more light on this? What's your methodology?
