Welcoming the distinguished gathering at the 6th edition of RISE Conclave 2026, Dr. N. Kalaiselvi, Secretary, DSIR; DG CSIR and Secretary (Additional Charge), Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES), described the conclave as a celebration of science, innovation, and entrepreneurship. She highlighted the significance of the "Whole-of-Government" approach in bringing together research institutions, industry, start-ups, academia, and policymakers on a common platform to accelerate technology translation and national development. Reflecting on the growing impact of RISE, she noted that the initiative, encouraged by the Hon'ble Minister, has evolved into a national movement and should be expanded across more states to strengthen India's innovation ecosystem.
