The characters in universe see the techniques and feel them but don’t physically get wet cuz it’s more like waterish aura/vibe, not real water. Very different from the narrative that only the viewers see the effects

@TrqstO Do u try to balance that act with trying to practice specific comps and limit testing their matchups? Feels bad trying to practice a specific archetype of comp and insta swapping to the better matchup in scrims. Obvi in ranked/tourney matches the goal is to win not practice

@LemonKiwi_ I suggest playing those characters enough yourself so u can filter through them easier. It doesn’t feel that cluttered to me anymore when dino elsa and Deadpool are in the lobby for me cuz I play those characters and filter out the unnecessary stuff

@JatmonTV @Death_n_Gaming I’m saying the matchups aren’t as bad as he thinks, and counterswapping is at a rewarding level not insta win for the most part. Like cat is playable into all the characters listed in the quote tweet, wolv is fine into thing sometimes depending on map/comp.

@JatmonTV @Death_n_Gaming He’s saying he doesn’t want Overswap in this game and it’s heading there cuz of how hard some matchups are. it’s rewarding at the level it’s at unless ur dr strange or bp/pillow fist. It’s actually better when there isn’t one must match comp like the mantis ultron/trip res metas

@Death_n_Gaming You’re overestimating how one sided the hero matchups are in this game. You also can’t perma swap because of how much stronger ults r vs overwatch. Having a counter swap option also feels like much more agency than when a character feels so op you have to match (magneto)

@Death_n_Gaming There’s like a lot of outplay though. Like my favorite play before Thing became unkillable raid boss was playing wolv until they swapped thing and INSTA swapping moonknight/pun until they swap and I swap back and they’re just always a leg behind me

@SantiWitTheShot @sir__artorias You’re usually suppose to target the person with better care. He got all 3 supports, Luna cleansed, she can heal her other supports so she is target. There’s an argument that jubilee standing still means his team can follow up better on her but his team got agamottoed too

@imperatorfps Tbf there’s never been a need, those guys made the character swaps to fit the meta. Hitscan players are a dime a dozen, why would the few melee players good enough to be t1 move to a flooded market. Plus if we’re being nit-picky Terra went from being THE wolv guy to being hitscan

@onepiecefeats Half right, u can play the game through side lines with 2 main tanks, but Ang is a tweener she still has a shield and can play the off tank role alongside a venom/cap. Frankly u want someone to take space/attention first cuz you’ll just die looking for pin if you have full aggro

@onepiecefeats I play with players right in that tweener area where u get knowledgeable ppl from ow and ppl who’ve only played rivals, so I lowkey just say anchor tank and dive tank to confuse the least amount of ppl
