Who else has felt the absolute zero customer care and focus of Revolut? Last Tuesday I was assured by the in-app chat person that my new address had been entered and accepted. Five days and four formal complaints later and I‘m still blocked out! facebook.com/10000002659271…
I raised the issue to higher levels and got push-back. Ultimately I went to LifePlus CEO level and got push-back. Appalling, Robert Christian and Malcolm Vincent. I remain very disappointed.
A regular Lifplus customer for several years, their internal inefficiencies let me down badly and their section of a new deliverer caused my goods to go astray. Despite multiple attempts to get redress through their "customer service", all I got was push-back.
I get very fed-up with the emptiness of many companies' words around customer orientation. Many who claim to be customer focused and customer driven are still driven predominantly by internal focus, profit and greed. My recent experiences of LifePlus Inc. are a case in point.
