The rich have never had greater opportunity to escape usurious tax rates than right now. They can just decide to leave. Then what? Corporations NEVER PAY TAXES. They pass those costs to their customers as an increase of cost of goods sold., e.g. price inflation. But if you increase corporate taxes too high, guess what, they can leave, too. You’re offering a recipe for disaster, e.g. you’re a progressive.
