@shutupthia @SaintsCrossing This is misplaced passion. Its not about people tipping, it's about the company not paying their staff enough. customers should never feel like they have to tip. If people that didn't tip stopped eating out, restaurants couldn't afford to stay open, and then staff have no job...

@HousingITguy Doesn't seem fair? This is what can happen to landlords renting to benefit tenants. The council can reclaim the money from landlords. Landlord has done all checks properly, could be the best LL in the country. And yet, the council will come after the LL for the money.

@HousingITguy Example: Imagine being a worker at tesco & going to work for a whole year, stacking shelves & minding your own business. It turns out that some customers you served, defrauded the government. The gov now expects you, the tesco worker, to return the money from your own pocket.
