@Etsy It’s funny how you say that because I’ve been trying to reach out to Etsy support for three months and have not heard a single word back. I email I text chat. I try anything there is no help. I’ve been a seller for over 10 years and this is how I’m treated. It’s ridiculous.

@Etsy customer service if you’re a seller is a joke. I have been trying to reach out for months. A low-level chat employee will tell me that someone will reach out, and then weeks later, nothing. This is going on for now, three months without a word back.

Yes, most of my Steam games are digital, but for me, a digital-only game console is ridiculous. No physical disks, and why even bother buying a console? I’ll stick to PC and Steam, who I trust not to take my game away that I had purchased.
