I think GenAI will make teams 50x faster. Why? 🤔 I’ve never been on a large team that moved fast. I once had to work with 5 people to send an email. It took 2 weeks. ⏳ Now, I use ChatGPT for words or tech, and MidJourney for images. I now do everything in a day. 💪🚀

I’ll save you at least 2 dozen hours with this marketing tip B2B customers want help in 3 areas: 1⃣ Make more money 2⃣ Stay safe (from attack, from regulations, etc) 3⃣ Save money If you’re business doesn’t do one of these three, find a new business.

Your CFO won’t like this, but... Pay your sales team the same for channel deals. Even if they did no work. Pay them. Why? If your sales person gets paid less on partner deals, they may want to do the deal themselves. Channel will fail. #lesonslearned #startups
