They're literally paying to shut down wind projects that are already built.    These aren't projects stuck in permitting, waiting on approval, or tied up in review. They're built, operational, and ready to connect to the grid. And yet the Trump Administration is paying to tear them down anyway.     The government should be investing in infrastructure—not paying to destroy infrastructure that's already been built. But that's exactly what's happening to solar and wind projects right now: projects that already exist, already work, and are being deliberately killed.
