Unlike that corrupt or illiterate senior IAS officer C D Arha, I stood up for the law, asserted my clearly enunciated legal right and refused his illegitimate demand and was denied my right. I then approached the AP High Court for a writ to enforce the law. 𝗧𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘆, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿, 𝗖𝗝𝗜 𝗡𝗩 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮, 𝗩𝗩𝗦 𝗥𝗮𝗼, 𝗟 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗵𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗥 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘄, 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗺𝗲. However, a more aware and active Chennai public was roused to protest. Thus slippered by public opinion, the Madras High Court, was forced to change its stance and ended up shamefacedly withdrawing its ruling. Such is the arrogance, arbitrariness and sheer venom, that a conscientious citizen has to endure, in dealing with the masked Razakar sympathisers in our government and judiciary and their sycophants who populate the legacy and social media. India's establishment has played fast and loose with the law and good sense to deny me my dues. In its pettiness, hauteur and blundering cynicism, @BJP4India has proven little different from its predecessors. @rashtrapatibhvn and @PMOIndia played a leading role in negligently allowing this sordid and malicious abuse of power that dishonoured patriots and favoured their alleged assassins. #BananaRepublicIndia @SupremeCourtIND #SupremeCourtofIndia
