@DrJN_SportsMed Repair does well- When i’ve prev looked into pec major repair rehab not loads out there. Most of the evidence suggests no 1RM before 6 months, RTP at least 9 months, I’m sure will also depend on surgeons post op protocol.

#AdvPracWeek21 Busy day split between @NorthMcrGH_NHS and Cornertsone Centre. AM spent seeing F2F patients with complex MSK problems + f/up patients remotely with XRay/MR scan results. PM spent at the satellite clinic seeing F2F patients (some requiring steroid injections)
