@fpjindia @metroshoes Worst customer care, bought a new pair footwear from @lulumallteivandrum @metroshoes and it got damaged within 1 month.I gave back it to shop itself for repairing, and its been a month with no update.they are not taking my calls now..

@WestsideStores Stop cheating customers.cancelling items from your side and not responding to mails or calls when contacted the customer care.refund , return and no option works, but active in all social media platforms. Is this how you handle your customers? Really pathetic!!!! Stop cheating
