The warranty from @CrocsIndia is a joke. If your Crocs footwear turn out to be defective after purchase, simply absorb the loss and throw the product away. Try reaching out their support and you’ll only be taken for a ride. #CustomerService #Crocs

@CrocsIndia assures they have 90 days warranty, but beware buyers, they offer no warranty. If the footwear gets faulty in few weeks of purchase, they will do nothing. Following up with them is super frustrating.

I bought a pair of Clogs from Flipkart. The brand belt around both clogs fell off within a week. I reached to @CrocsIndia support to claim warranty. They asked me to go figure out the warranty with Flipkart. @flipkartsupport do you service the warranty of @Crocs?

@Eureka_ForbesIN End of trouble 😮‍💨. I throw off the Aquaguard in active AMC. See how after refusing to buy AMC, the service personnel didn’t even bother to close the cover. I never had so many service problems with one product for years. Never got better.

@prakharsc12 @Eureka_ForbesIN @Eureka_ForbesIN My machine is still under Gold AMC, but the technician refused to fix it until I buy a new AMC. I think throwing the Aquaguard to garbage is the best we can do with it. No more AMC renewal.

@HDFC_Bank My Imperia journey. My RM & BM promised premium credit card & free locker with account upgrade. Sold me a ULIP & other schemes instead. I pressed for the promised benefits. Was told I must buy one more ULIP to get free locker. I refused, they asked me out.
