@L825s2 @Tawarrow The wheat is not harmful, it is how it's processed today that makes it harmful. In the past, harvested wheat was left out in the fields which makes it get partially sprouted, thus eliminating the phytic acid naturally. Today it is harvested & milled instantly keeping the acid.

@DatingCoachLex 2 The Quran was revealed over a period of 23 years and the chapters (Suras) are divided into 2 categories, Mekki or Madani. The 1st revealed in Mecca before the Prophets migration to Madina and they both differ in style of addressing the people. Please feel free to ask anything.

@DatingCoachLex Hi Lex, many tips, but off the top of my head here are a few: 1. The original and pure meanings are in the Arabic language, thus translations will occasionally lack the real impact. I am not familiar with this translation, so I can not comment on its accuracy or authenticity.

@raeraedao @DrJoeDispenza The original Silva Method is more powerful than Dispenza. I follow both. "Think and grow rich" is another great resource and it's not about money.
