I should add, due to flight restrictions prior to charter they had orignal EK flights cancel, fresh flights with BA and Qatar cancel 3 times. Two PIA flights cancel, a fair amount to claim back on section 75, words cant express how thankful I am for the effort by @ukinpakistan

I have to say a BIG thank you to @CTurnerFCO and his team at @ukinpakistan, @TravelCTM_UK and @qatarairways for brining my parents home. Finally got medication again. It took some patience but thankfull for the effort. PS the Q Suite was amazing, far better then @emirates first

@shah_shaima @ukinpakistan @TravelCTM_UK From experience seems the answer is no, for the Islamabad flights they simply sent a email each day saying your in a waiting list, would say text and await call back, seems CTM may be down as phone lines all seem not to go to any agent.
