DeStocks has no liquidation engine. Not a feature we turned off. There is nothing to build. Every position is fully collateralised the moment it is written. A short call locks the tokens. A short put locks the USDG. The contract never lends anything, so there is no health factor, no margin call, and no cascade when a stock gaps. The worst case for a writer is the outcome they already agreed to: sell at their strike, or buy at their strike. Both are priced in before the trade. 35 markets. destocks.finance/app

A thing almost nobody checks about Robinhood stock tokens. They don't pay you a dividend in cash. They accrue it into a multiplier on the token contract. 8 of the 35 markets we list already carry one. SGOV is at 1.0051, ORCL 1.0022, NVDA 1.0008. So the token and the underlying share are not the same price. SGOV trades at $101.03 while the share is $100.51. Every strike on DeStocks settles on the Chainlink feed that already includes the multiplier. A split or a dividend moves the multiplier, never your balance, and an open position stays whole. Read it yourself: uiMultiplier() on any of the token contracts.

Why DeStocks has no exercise window. A short call locks 1 NVDA at a $225 strike. It expires at $253. The contract reads Chainlink once and splits the collateral: (P−K)/P = 11.07% goes to the long, the rest stays with the writer. The long gets 0.1107 NVDA, worth $28, exactly the intrinsic value. The writer keeps 0.8893 NVDA, worth exactly $225, exactly the strike. Nobody brings cash. Nobody has to remember to exercise. An option that finishes in the money cannot expire worthless because someone was asleep. Puts work the same way in USDG: (K−P)/K.

How the burn works on DeStocks. Someone buys an option, the premium goes to the writer, 2% goes to the FeeRouter in USDG. That USDG swaps to ETH then to DSTK and the $DSTK goes to the dead address. Anyone can trigger it. The caller takes 0.10%. The swap is capped per call and bounded by Chainlink, so nobody can push it through a thin market. No treasury vote, no multisig deciding when.
