Day 4. First real brick laid: the Contact Form module. After the architecture, the diagrams, and the core platform, it was time to build our first real module. We picked the Contact Form because it's one of the few widgets you'll find on almost every website, landing pages, company websites, SaaS products... A single plugin like WPForms powers over 6 million websites. The interesting part wasn't building a form. It was finding the right balance between simplicity and flexibility. Most websites share a few common fields, name, email, message. So those are available by default. But they're not mandatory: every default field can be disabled. Need more? Phone number, company, file upload, or any other supported field can simply be enabled from the module settings. The SDK automatically exposes only the fields you've activated, so every project gets exactly the form it needs, without forcing unnecessary inputs. A sensible default, fully customizable when you need it.
