@AskPayPal thanks for your direct reply. it's obviously not your fault! my main issue is that the phone system expressly says "sorry, wait-times, COVID" and then **hangs up** ... call dropped within a couple of minutes, which is either a bug or suggests there's literally no-one on call

Moronic approach to customer service by @HiltonHotels - book a room, pay for it... when I arrive at midnight I'm told hotel is full, "system is overbooked". You took the money, then double-sold what I paid for, leaving me with nowhere to sleep. Goodbye forever.

TCP/IP vulnerabilities in #FreeRTOS theregister.co.uk/2018/10/22/fre… make me wonder if the SafeRTOS folks at @WITTENSTEIN_HIS can demonstrate that SafeRTOS does *not* have these vulnerabilities? Could be a great reference case for your processes imo
