@DTBduo I'm yet to get a reversal of my funds sent to the wrong account. 11 days later, just the same answers from customer service.@DTBKenya no one is able to help. If someone gives me a dtb account, I will look for the alternative because a simple error your cash is lost.

@DTBduo Just to clarify, are @DTB reversals now routinely handled through authorities? Is the bank seriously suggesting that anyone who sends money to the wrong account should go to the police instead of receiving assistance from DTB? Does that even make sense?

Good morning @DTBKenya, On 3rd Nov, I accidentally sent money to the wrong paybill. I called immediately and was told the funds were locked so the recipient couldn’t withdraw. I’ve followed up daily with no help. It feels like I’m being made to give up. Anyone else faced this?

@DTBduo From 3rd Nov, has the bank contacted the recipient regarding [the matter/transaction], and if so, what was their response? Additionally, could you please confirm the period allowed for the recipient to provide their consent because I can't wait forever.
